I seek independent, highly motivated colleagues who are interested in studying extinction and diversification dynamics in Quaternary faunal assemblages, past and present.

Undergraduates are involved in every aspect of our research and we are enthusiastic about mentoring and training the next generation of STEM scholars! We will often post about specific research opportunities for undergraduates here on our website or on the Eureka database, but even if there is not an advertised position, please do not hesitate to reach out! Our research is interdisciplinary and you do not need to be in biology to work in our lab! You can contact me directly or fill out this short questionnaire. Students interested in summer research opportunities should consider applying for the InSTInCT REU Program.

Graduate Students are accepted through the EEB Graduate Program; applications are due in December. Before applying, please contact me with a brief statement of research interests and a copy of your current CV. Graduate Students are encouraged to apply for external fellowships that they are eligible for (e.g. NSF GRFP, Ford Foundation) and I am happy to work with prospective students on these applications.

Postdoctoral Fellows are encouraged to inquire about positions, and I am always happy to sponsor postdoctoral fellowship applications to external agencies (e.g. NSF, LSRF, Ford Foundation ) as well as internal programs like the Stengl-Wyer Postdoctoral Scholars Program .
